Hiring of country cottage (large House) with Crans Montana in Switzerland for your holidays

In the respect of the future tenant we ask each one to respect the places of hiring.

Included/understood in the price of the hiring:

- Electric Heating (radiator in each part)

- Water

- Electricity

- The VAT 7,6%

Supplements not included/understood in the hiring:

- The visitor's tax: 2.50 CHF/1.60 Euro by adult/night  

                           1.25 CHF/0.80 Euro by child/night

(reserve on the amount of the versed guarantee)

- Final cleaning must be made by the tenant (if the country cottage is not returned in the state which it was taken, a supplement of 150 CHF/95 Euro will be retained guarantee).

Equipment:

 

- furnace

- microwave

- dishwasher

- vitrocérame

- American refrigerator (it is a Refrigerator with a window of distribution of drinks fraiches and ice floes)

- crockery, kitchen utensil, covers, set with fondue, scraper furnace, etc.

- The country cottage will be equipped with household linen.

- Cloths house, pillowcases, sleeping bags and of kitchen will be at disposal with the country cottage (a batch per week).

Handing-over of the keys:

 

Information will be transmitted with the leasing agreement.

General information:

- The pets (puppies, cats) are authorized with liking well. The tenant remains completely responsible for any damage caused by the pet. It is requested to hold the dogs leaves some with the accesses of the residences.

- The tenant must read the description of the country cottage attentively.

- All the tenants must conform to the payment of house and the payment of police force in force in Switzerland.

- Except complaint within 24 hour as of the entry in possession of the buildings, the tenant admits having received them in good state.

- Only the number of people equivalent to the number envisaged is authorized, including the small children and babies.

Terms of payment:

- by credit transfer, cash (credit cards and accounts - cheques are not accepted).        

- guarantee (300 CHF/190 Euro) with the signature of the contract as down payment.

- the guarantee (amount fixed by contract) is intended to cover the visitor's taxes, the possible damage as well as loss of the keys. If it were not enough, the tenant is held to pay the supplement. The pay of the guarantee will be refunded within 30 maximum day. The key is not given if the entirety of the rent + guarantee is not regulated, even in the event of late arrival.

 

 

- After agreement of the hiring, I send to you a contract in 2 specimens (1 to turn over signed).

- I also send to you “the conditions of hiring” in 2 specimens (1 to turn over signed).

- You will have to pour guarantee (300 CHF/190 Euro) to guarantee the reservation (banking references transmitted at the time of the reservation).

 

- The total of the price of the hiring will be at least versed 2 weeks before the date of the beginning of hiring.
